This notice explains how Ituvio s.r.o. handles the personal data you send us through the contact form or by email.

What data we process
Only the data you give us in the form or by email — your name, email address and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may briefly process technical data (e.g. your IP address) in server logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to you and, where relevant, arrange a meeting. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and processors
We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to deliver email and Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to run the site. These processors may process data outside the EU; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Retention
We keep form messages only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, at most 24 months, unless a longer period is required (e.g. a contract is concluded).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send your requests to the email below.
Complaints
